About us…
In The Spot Light – Sound & Light was created
in 2002 by proprietor Mike Wilkinson, Mike has been sound engineering
for almost 10 years now for various bands, venues and companies. After
noticing this gap in the market I.T.S.L. Sound & Light was born. It
has developed quite a lot in that time, and will hopefully continue to
develop & prosper in the future. Mike has spent many years
performing as a musician and appreciates the problems facing musicians
at an event, no degree or training course can show you exactly what
it’s like on the stage in the spotlight, you learn, and you learn by
your mistakes and learn to depend on those around you, the venues, the
audience, and the technical crew. We have the facility to cover up to 4
venues fully manned and equipped, making our availability excellent. Over
the years the name I.T.S.L. sound & light or as is affectionately
known as “Mike the Sound Guy” has spread by word of mouth amongst the
front lines of the local scene and is spreading far and wide.
We have recently moved
warehouse and are in the process of setting up a full time managed
office so that you can come to us and talk face to face.
